I chose to repurpose my toilet paper rolls.

and incredibly easy upcycling can be

as a way to reduce our material usage

and reduce the amount of waste
we put in landfills.

Having too much waste and landfills
has so many negative effects

such as using too much energy,
causing pollution,

and just taking up so much space
through landfills;

and I know that toilet paper rolls
can seem like a small thing,

and they wouldn't cause too much
damage to our Earth,

but in reality, the United States uses
over 7 billion toilet paper rolls per year.

So even this one thing can have
such an amazing impact.

If not by upcycling, if we can just try and acknowledge
and implement waste minimization practices

we can make incredible changes to our planet.
